Your tasks will be

• Assist the Lead Chef in the preparation, production and presentation of food according to the agreed standards
• Respect the time schedule, recipes, work method and organization
• Perform what is necessary to cook as directed by the Lead Chef
• Prepare the ingredients and clean the vegetables
• Prepare simple dishes, use kitchen equipment and utensils
• Clean kitchen equipment and accessories, tidy up the workspace
• Process food surpluses
• Could be required to fill the pantry and the refrigerated cells according to the instructions of the Lead Chef
• Bring ingredients to the kitchen, package and store food according to hygiene and food safety standards

The role consist in

• Receive and check orders from suppliers
• Organize stocks in an efficient way
• Prepare and deliver wholesale orders

• Resolve all customer questions in relation to delivery & availability of products

• Prospect, develop and manage new customers
